I have spent the last ten years refining my approach to personal training, and my background as a Master of Science in Sport and Health means that you don’t just get “good advice,” but a strategy based on scientifically supported methods that ensure your body gets the most effective training possible.
I am passionate about translating complex principles into practical methods that are easy to understand and apply. My mission is to make professional training accessible to everyone whether you prefer personal training in Copenhagen, close online coaching, or training through my online program.

As a personal trainer, I have encountered many of the classic myths over the years: “Running destroys my muscle mass,” “Strength training is only for bodybuilders,” and “All the fun stops when I start taking training seriously.”
None of these claims are true. In reality, the truth is often far more nuanced and interesting. Health is not about living in a prison of restrictions, but about building physical and mental resilience that gives you the freedom to live your life fully — and, not least, to enjoy your training. That is also why I teach future coaches, helping ensure that together we can break down misconceptions and make training enjoyable.
