The foundation of the user-friendly app has been created by me, based on ten years of practical experience as a personal trainer and grounded in my Master’s degree in Sport and Health. I created these programs to offer structure for those who want maximum results from their efforts without necessarily needing close, one-on-one coaching.
I continuously update and optimize the content based on the latest knowledge in the field,
my own experience working with clients, and not least the direct feedback from all of you
who use the programs every day. In this way, we ensure together that you are always
training with methods that are tested in the real world.




The online programs are structured hybrid programs that are continuously updated and adjusted, but without individual customization. You can still ask questions, which I’ll answer.
The programs are for you if you want to be both strong and fit—but don’t want to come up with a workout every time you train. You don’t have unlimited time, so you want to maximize your results with the time you have.
You can choose between either 2 or 3 strength training sessions and 2 or 3 running sessions per week. You can combine them however you like, for example 2 strength sessions + 3 runs. All workouts last 40–60 minutes.
Yes. The strength training is based on the assumption that you have a gym membership. The exercises use equipment that can be found in the majority of fitness centers.
There are many good free running programs and many good free strength training programs. What you rarely find is a good program that combines the two. This program gives your training structure, the right amount of variation, and enough consistency to ensure steady progress. It also ensures a sensible balance between strength training and running.
