- How often is my program adjusted?
As often as needed. All coaching programs are individualized, and your program is adjusted whenever necessary to ensure you continue to make progress, stay motivated, and that the training fits into your everyday life.
- Does it require a gym membership or special equipment?
No. All programs are tailored to the individual’s needs. Several online coaching clients train exclusively from home.
